Safe Moves for Seniors is a charitable nonprofit serving eligible seniors in Polk County.
Assistance is based on individual need, available funding, eligibility, location, and existing support systems. Our goal is to ensure limited charitable resources reach seniors facing the greatest challenges.

Whether a senior needs to relocate or remain safely at home, we help coordinate practical solutions that support independence.
Services may include:
• Move planning and coordination
• Downsizing and decluttering
• Packing and unpacking
• Organizing safer living spaces
• Referrals to trusted community resources
